Gentle Ayurvedic Oil for Nerves, Muscles & Vata Balance

Classical Vāta-pacifying body oil with Bala (Sida cordifolia) in a sesame base, prepared by the traditional taila-pāka vidhi. Used by Ayurvedic practitioners to nourish māṃsa–snāyu–asthi (muscles, ligaments, joints), ease stiffness, and support comfortable movement.

How to use

  • Warm to body temperature.

  • Massage with long strokes on limbs and gentle circles over joints for 10–15 minutes; leave on 20–30 minutes.

  • Suitable for daily Abhyanga and Mūrdhni Taila/Shiro-abhyanga and localized applications such as Pichu or Basti under practitioner guidance.

Notes & safety
External use only. Patch-test before first use; avoid eyes and broken/irritated skin. Do not use during fever or immediately after meals. Store cool and dry.

Professional Use Information

Sesamum indicum Seed Oil, Sida cordifolia Whole Plant Extract

Warm the oil gently and massage over the whole body or targeted areas. Leave for 30–45 minutes before bathing. Can also be used in Shirodhara or Pizhichil treatments under Ayurvedic guidance.

For external use only. Avoid applying to wounds or infected skin. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
