Classical massage oil for joint health, flexibility, and neuromuscular support

Classical Vāta-śāmaka oil prepared in a sesame base with Prasārinī (Paederia foetida) by the traditional taila-pāka vidhi. Used in Kerala practice to nourish māṃsa–snāyu–sandhi (muscles, ligaments & joints), ease stiffness, and support free movement—especially around the lower back, hips, knees and shoulder.

How to use

  • Warm to body temperature.

  • Massage 10–15 minutes with long strokes on limbs and gentle circles over joints; leave on 20–30 minutes.

  • Suitable for daily Abhyanga and localized therapies such as Kati/Greeva/Janu Basti, Pichu, and Pinda Sweda under practitioner guidance.

Safety
External use only. Patch-test before first use; avoid eyes and broken/irritated skin. Do not use during fever or immediately after meals. Store cool and dry.
