Classical Ayurvedic Nasya Oil for Sinus, Head & Senses Balance

Classical Nasya oil prepared in a sesame base with a bouquet of head–neck herbs, as per the Ayurvedic snehapāka method. Used for daily intranasal oleation to lubricate the nasal passages, lighten kapha heaviness in the head, and pacify vāta in the head–neck region—supporting clarity and comfort.

How to use

  • Pratimarsha (daily): Warm the bottle in a water bath to body temperature. Tilt head back (or lie supine), instill 1–2 drops per nostril, sniff in gently, and rest for a minute.

  • Procedure-based Nasya: As directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner (typically after mild face/neck massage and gentle fomentation).

Care
Keep dropper clean; close tightly after each use. Store cool, dry, and away from sunlight.

Safety
For intranasal use only (not oral). Avoid during acute fever, active nasal/ear infection, or nasal bleeding, and not immediately after meals, alcohol, or heavy exercise. Use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children only under professional advice. Allergen: contains sesame oil (check label for full ingredients).
