Strengthening Ayurvedic Oil for Joints, Muscles & Vata Balance

Classical Vāta-śāmaka body oil prepared in a sesame base by the traditional taila-pāka vidhi. Used in Kerala practice to nourish māṃsa–snāyu–sandhi (muscles, ligaments & joints), ease stiffness, and support free, comfortable movement—ideal for daily Abhyanga and practitioner therapies.

How to use

  • Warm to body temperature.

  • Massage 10–15 minutes with long strokes on limbs and gentle circles over joints; leave on 20–30 minutes.

  • May follow with mild swedana (warm compress/steam). Suited for Abhyanga and localized Pichu/Kati–Greeva–Janu Basti under guidance.

Notes & safety
External use only. Patch-test before first use; avoid eyes and broken/irritated skin. Do not use during fever or immediately after meals. Store cool and dry.
