Ayurvedic Oil for Circulation, Muscle Relief & Vata Balance

Classical warming body oil prepared in a sesame base with Karpoora (camphor) and kapha-reducing herbs. Traditionally used for Abhyanga/Padabhyanga to stimulate local circulation, ease cold-dominant stiffness and heaviness, and keep the chest–back region comfortable in cool seasons balancing Vāta Kapha.

How to use

  • Warm to body temperature.

  • Massage 10–15 minutes over the area of need; leave on 20–30 minutes before a warm bath.

  • Ideal before/after activity and in cold weather.

Notes & safety

  • External use only. Avoid face, mucosa, sensitive areas, and broken/irritated skin.

  • Contains camphor: use sparingly; discontinue if irritation occurs.

  • Avoid on infants/young children; during pregnancy or breastfeeding use only on professional advice.

  • Keep away from open flame/heat sources and store cool, dry, and capped.

- Apply over affected areas or entire body and massage gently
- Leave on for 30–45 minutes before washing off
- Use in Abhyanga, Kati Basti, or as recommended by your Ayurvedic practitioner
