How to Use (Garshana)
On dry skin before bathing or before Abhyanga oil application: slip the glove over the hand and apply brisk, vigorous strokes over the limbs, starting from the extremities and moving toward the heart. Use circular motions over joints and the abdomen. The treatment typically takes 5–10 minutes. Follow immediately with Abhyanga oil massage or proceed to warm shower. Particularly effective when used 2–3 times per week as part of a Kapha-balancing morning routine.
