Sitaram Ayurveda

Classical rasāyana named after Sage Chyavana. Amla (Emblica officinalis) is cooked with ghee and sesame oil in a decoction of traditional herbs (e.g., Daśamūla, Pippalī, Guduchi, aromatics) and finished with cane sugar/honey as per the avaleha method. Used in Ayurveda to support ojas, seasonal respiratory comfort, digestion (agni), and overall vitality.

Suggested use (adults)
1–2 tsp (≈10–12 g) once or twice daily after food, ideally with warm milk or water, or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Contains milk-derived lipids (ghee) and sesame oil.
