Nourishing Ayurvedic Oil for Strength, Vitality & Vata Balance

Classical brimhana and Vāta-śāmaka body oil prepared in a sesame base with Bala (Sida cordifolia), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and supportive nourishing herbs. In Kerala practice it is used for Abhyanga to nourish māṃsa–snāyu–sandhi (muscles, ligaments & joints), ease stiffness and fatigue, and support steadiness of the nervous system—valued in post-natal care and general debility.

How to use

  • Warm to body temperature.

  • Massage 10–15 minutes with long strokes on limbs and gentle circles over joints; leave on 20–30 minutes.

  • Mild swedana (warm compress/steam) may follow.

  • Suitable for daily Abhyanga and localized Pichu/Kati–Greeva–Janu Basti under practitioner guidance.

Notes & safety
External use only. Patch-test before first use; avoid eyes and broken/irritated skin. Do not use during fever or immediately after meals. Store cool, dry, and away from sunlight.
