Daily Abhyanga Oil to Nourish Skin, Balance Doshas & Relax the Body

A daily Abhyanga oil to ground Vata, soften Kapha heaviness, and keep Pitta comfortable on the skin. Prepared in a cold-pressed sesame base with a balanced blend of classical botanicals, it nourishes tissues, eases surface stiffness, and leaves the skin supple and calm—ideal for everyday self-care.

How to use

  • Warm the bottle in a water bath.

  • Massage from neck to feet: long strokes on limbs, gentle circles over joints; clockwise on the abdomen.

  • Leave on 15–30 minutes, then bathe with warm water.

  • For scalp, apply a small amount and wash after 30–60 minutes.

Herbal profile (typical)
Vata-pacifying and skin-comforting herbs such as Bala, Ashwagandha, Dashamoola, Manjistha, Vetiver, and Licorice in a sesame base (see label for exact formula).

Notes & safety
External use only. Patch-test before first use; avoid eyes and broken/irritated skin. Do not use during fever or immediately after meals. Store cool, dry, and away from sunlight.
