Overview
Arogyavardhini Gulika is a classical formulation containing fruits, roots, resinous substances, mineral-derived components, and leaf powders. It is one of the well-established multi-herb preparations in classical Ayurveda, composed to reflect harmony between fruit bases, resin material, and supportive herbal components.
Traditional preparation
Historically, the herbal powders are blended with purified herbal-mineral components and formed into tablets or gutika. This modern interpretation compresses the powdered ingredients into tablets without altering the classical composition (aside from EU-required omissions).
